Forever Client

We were first time home sellers in a situation where we needed to sell quickly with a narrow margin on the price. Beth was recommended through family friends who had an excellent experience with her previously. We met with her to discuss our situation and immediately knew she was the right fit for us. We could tell right away that Beth was somebody we could trust like a friend and that we would enjoy spending time with her.

Beth’s communication was perfect. Her leadership led to us selling our home in about 3 weeks, during a slow part of the season, through multiple winter storms. We were able to sell at our home’s max value, almost 70% above what we had purchased it for. We were only able to do this through Beth’s understanding of our home as well as the local market. She helped us price our home just right to move quickly and achieve our home’s maximum potential.

I would recommend Beth without reservation to anyone in the twin cities looking for the right realtor. I work in mortgage and understand that there are few out there that have the drive, tenacity and expertise Beth has but are also empathetic and a genuinely good person you will love to work with. Thank you Beth!!
