‘Tis the season – our offices are filled with delectable treats and tasty temptations because of the holiday season and generous coworkers! But for some of us, cookie baking doesn’t happen until a little closer to the actual holiday weekend or you save that tradition for Christmas Eve. If you’re still in the baking mood or need to whip up some tried and true sweets, we wanted to share a few of our team’s favorite holiday cookie recipes! Happy baking!


Peanut Butter Blossoms
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter (typically creamy, but go crazy and use crunchy if you’d like!)
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cups AP flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Hershey’s Kisses
Preheat oven to 375* F. Beat all sugars, peanut butter, butter and egg with a mixer until blended. Stir in baking powder, baking soda, and flour until it forms a dough. 
Shape dough in to 1 inch balls, roll in extra white sugar. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss in to the center of each. Wa-lah… enjoy!


Molasses Cookies
3/4 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups AP flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup additional white sugar

Preheat oven to 375* F. Mix together butter, 1 cup sugar, and egg until smooth. Stir in molasses. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, then blend in with the first ingredients. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven until tops are cracked. Eat up!


1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup AP flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp white sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400* F. Combine 1 1/2 cups white sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs and mix until combined. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Roll cookie balls in combined mix of 2 tsp cinnamon and 2 tsp sugar, and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
